Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to spearhead our wholesale real estate business development in the United States. This role blends sales leadership with entrepreneurial freedom, offering the chance to scale a business while building long-term value.
⚠ Candidate must be a US resident.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead wholesale real estate business operations and close profitable deals in the US market
  • Build, manage, and expand client relationships
  • Implement growth strategies while adapting to market competition
  • Deliver profitability within the first 2 months by executing deals

Requirements:
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Must be a US resident with excellent English proficiency
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of growth strategies>Resilience and drive to achieve ambitious performance goalsNo previous real estate experience required
>Real Estate Expertise (Desirable / Nice-to-Have):>Active experience in real estate (wholesale, investment, or sales)
