Responsibilities:
Prepare estimates and budgets for client proposalsRequest, assess, and compare subcontractor and supplier quotesMonitor costs, planning schedules, purchasing schemes, and invoicing reportsCreate comprehensive work schedules in consultation with the execution teamIdentify additional work requirements with the project leaderProvide necessary data to the site managerDocument relevant meetingsCoordinate material purchases and subcontractor hiring with the project leaderRequirements:
MBO level-4 or HBO degree in ConstructionMinimum of five years' experience on large construction projects or significant renovationsAnalytical skills with numerical and technical insight'Cost-conscious attitude''
