About the Role

Overview:
JAT Medical is expanding its presence in the Urology, Endoscopy, and IVD portfolios across the GCC region. We are seeking dynamic Sales/Product Specialists to join our team and contribute to sustainable sales growth. As a leader in healthcare innovation, JAT Medical provides advanced medical solutions that enhance patient care. Responsibilities:
  • Own a territory plan to hit/exceed sales targets and coverage KPIs.
  • Conduct product demos, trials, and in-service trainings; provide OR case support where applicable.
  • Build relationships with clinicians, procurement, pharmacy, and KOLs; maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Manage pipeline/forecast and report through CRM; prepare tender inputs and coordinate with BO/Supply Chain/Finance.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, SFDA and hospital requirements; maintain professional conduct in all interactions.
  • Handle post-sales follow-up: installations, troubleshooting coordination, and utilization growth.

    • Requirements:
    - Bachelor’s degree with a medical background (e.g., Biomedical, Pharmacy, Science).
    - 2–5 years experience in medical devices/IVD/pharma; OR support experience is a plus.
    - Skills: selling & negotiation-, presentation-, communication- (English—intermediate+), email & MS Office.
    - Valid Saudi driving license- -and readiness to travel within territory.-
    - Familiarity with hospital tender cycles (NUPCO) is an advantage.-

    Requirements
