About the Role

Role Overview
As our Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand, voice, and business goals. You’ll manage all social media platforms, create engaging content, grow our online community, and analyze performance to optimize results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Create and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, graphics) that reflects our brand and services
  • Monitor trends in AI, tech, and digital transformation to create relevant content
  • Manage community engagement: respond to comments, messages, and mentions
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Track and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions)
  • Run paid ad campaigns and optimize for ROI (optional based on experience)
  • Stay updated on platform changes and best practices

    • Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing social media for a brand or agency
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and content strategy
  • Excellent writing, editing,and storytelling skills.
