About the Role

Overview:
TechVantage Solutions is seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer for a remote role supporting international projects. This position involves developing autonomous agents with generative AI and requires at least 8 years of software engineering experience. The role offers full autonomy in technical and product decisions, working directly with company founders.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and build modern web applications with ReactJS and Node.js (TypeScript)
  • Work closely with the founders to define architecture, technical roadmap, and engineering culture
  • Ensure quality, security, and scalability from the very first commit
  • Automate CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Docker, and DevOps best practices
  • Build autonomous agents and AI-powered features using LLMs, RAG, and GenAI
  • Integrate APIs like OpenAI, Claude etc.
  • Create real-time data ingestion and transformation pipelines

Requirements:
  • +8 years of experience in software engineering with strong full stack development background
  • Proficient in ReactJS, Node.js, TypeScript; experience with Docker and CI/CD
  • Advanced English communication skills for working directly with international stakeholders
  • Recent Transition into GenAI/LLMs/NLP/RAG; mastery of LLM APIs (OpenAI/Claude etc.)
