Overview:
We are a commercial general contractor headquartered in Midland, Michigan, serving both Fortune 100 companies and local entrepreneurs. Our projects span across Michigan, the United States, and Canada. As a growing organization, we are seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals to join our team as Field Managers. The Field Manager plays a critical role in the success of every project. This position requires a highly organized leader with deep knowledge of trade work, scheduling, and construction processes.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Project Management to develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules from start to completion.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards for all employees and subcontractors.
• Interpret and apply project drawings, specifications, building codes, and construction methods.
• Track and communicate project bulletins, changes, and updates.
• Conduct quality control inspections and verify correct layout and construction methods.
• Manage scheduling and inventory for job site materials and equipment.
• Proactively resolve on-site conflicts to maintain workflow.
• Build and sustain effective relationships with subcontractors, project management, code officials, and clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in the commercial construction industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook,and Procore.
