About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements
1. **More than 7 years of Software Development experience** (Importance: 10) - This is a non-negotiable requirement, and the candidate must have a significant amount of experience in software development to be considered for this role.
2. **At least 3 to 5 years of UI / Front end Development experience** (Importance: 9.5) - The candidate must have extensive experience in UI/Frontend development, specifically with Blazor and.NET Core frameworks, to be successful in this role.
3. **Strong proficiency in Blazor and.NET Core frameworks** (Importance: 9) - The candidate must be highly proficient in Blazor and.NET Core frameworks, as they will be responsible for developing and maintaining user interfaces using these technologies.
4. **Familiarity with CosmosDB and SQL Server** (Importance: 8.5) - The candidate must have experience working with databases, specifically CosmosDB and SQL Server, and be able to manage and interact with them using Entity Framework Core.
5. **Strong problem-solving approach and troubleshooting skills** (Importance: 8) - The candidate must have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
6. **Experience with Azure Functions and Web APIs** (Importance: 7.5) - While not a non-negotiable requirement, experience with Azure Functions and Web APIs is highly desirable, as the candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing these technologies.
7. **Collaboration and communication skills** (Importance: 7) - The candidate must be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively to define, design, and ship new features.
8. **Knowledge of Power Platform design and implementation** (Importance: 6.5) - Familiarity with Power Platform design and implementation is a plus, but not essential, as the candidate can learn and adapt to this technology.
9. **Strong understanding of SQL** (Importance: 6) - The candidate must have a strong understanding of SQL, as they will be working with databases and performing data storage and management tasks.
10. **Staying updated with industry trends and technologies** (Importance: 5) - While not essential, it is desirable for the candidate to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, to ensure they can adapt to new technologies and innovations.
