Job Description: Growth Associate - Revenue
Skydo is looking to hire a Growth associate to join their Revenue generation team. The ideal candidate has high customer empathy, strong problem solving mindset and brings high energy to discovering and scaling revenue levers. The employee will work directly with the Revenue Head and the Founders. This is a terrific opportunity to build & scale a customer engagement zero to one and work directly with the top management in a fast-growth startup.

Responsibilities:

• Launching & scaling 1-to-1 and 1-to-many engagement levers to deliver Revenue metrics - activation, retention & wallet share growth for Skydo
• Experiment and execute campaigns across these levers - email campaigns, product & outbound initiatives.
• Analyze & track these initiatives by setting up data pipelines and building end-to-end dashboards.
• Perform deep user research on different cohorts to understand behaviors.
• Learn industry best practices in executing these levers - both through secondary sources and from primary interviews with relevant companies.

Skill:

• First principles problem solving and business judgment.
• Passionate to engage actively with customers to analyze impact of experiments and collect insights.
• Strong ownership mindset & initiative-taking.
• Attention to detail, impact orientation and execution focused.

Persona:

• B. Tech or B.A. Economics with 1-2 years of work experience in business roles.
• Proficient in data analysis, particularly with Excel; experience with SQL is a plus.
• Strong academic record, and credible achievements in extracurricular activities.
• Curiosity for startups, technology and growth.

Location: Bangalore (in-office) Mon-Fri, with occasional travel
