Job Summary
NextGen Capital Solution is looking for a driven and confident Sales Associate – Lead Generation to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.
This role is perfect for individuals with strong English communication skills who are passionate about building a long-term career in sales. Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply — comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to international prospects to generate qualified leads
  • Present company services professionally and build client interest
  • Gather and verify accurate customer information
  • Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for the closing team
  • Maintain detailed and updated records in the CRM system
  • Follow call scripts and sales guidelines while maintaining a natural and engaging conversation style
  • Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, call quality, and compliance

    • Requirements
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and listening)
  • Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality
  • Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems, MS Office, email)
  • Willingness to work night shifts
  • Prior sales or call center experience is a plus (not mandatory)
