Responsibilities:

Monitor and record vital signs, growth metrics, and overall health status of children during each shift, ensuring timely identification of any abnormalities.

Administer prescribed medications, vaccinations, and treatments accurately, adhering to pediatric dosing guidelines and documenting all interventions.

Provide first‑aid and emergency medical support, including stabilization and coordination with physicians for urgent cases.

Maintain comprehensive and confidential patient records, updating charts with observations, administered care, and parental communications.

Promote hygiene, nutrition, and safety practices within the clinic, assisting with feeding, diapering, and developmental activities for children.

Educate parents and caregivers on preventive health measures, nutrition, immunization schedules, and home care strategies to support child well‑being.

Requirements:

GNM, B.Sc Nursing, or ANM qualification from a recognized institution.

Valid registration with the Nursing Council of India.

Demonstrated ability to deliver pediatric nursing care, with knowledge of child growth and development milestones.

Strong communication skills and a caring attitude toward children and families.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced clinical environment and follow infection control and safety protocols.
