Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and continuously refine KPI frameworks for new and existing roles, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable performance outcomes.

Conduct KPI‑based performance reviews across functions, providing actionable feedback and development plans that drive individual and team excellence.

Develop and deliver L&D programs, skill matrices, and internal training sessions to upskill employees and support career progression.

Partner with senior leadership to translate strategic goals into HR initiatives, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.

Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, recommend improvements, and report insights to executive stakeholders.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience designing and managing KPI‑based performance review systems across multiple functions.
