Responsibilities:

Conduct operational, retail, financial, and process audits to evaluate compliance with SOPs and internal controls.

Perform comprehensive stock count audits of finished goods, fixtures, fabrics, and accessories across multiple locations.

Execute surprise cash and inventory counts at retail stores to verify accuracy and prevent discrepancies.

Lead renovation audits and post‑payment audits, including verification of cash and bank transactions.

Identify gaps, control weaknesses, and discrepancies, and prepare detailed reports for the Audit Manager.

Maintain thorough audit documentation, working papers, and supporting records in accordance with best practices.

Coordinate audit activities with Retail, Finance, Warehouse, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA Inter / ACCA preferred).

3–5 years of hands‑on internal audit experience, preferably in retail, fashion, FMCG, or manufacturing.

Proficiency with G‑TECH systems and inventory audit processes.

Strong understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and audit procedures.

Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
