About the Role
Head of Finance – KIMIRICA
We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead the financial strategy of our rapidly growing business. This strategic leadership role requires a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 7 years of post‑qualification experience, strong financial expertise, and hands‑on exposure to consumer‑led or direct‑to‑consumer (D2C) business models.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategy, planning, and governance to support long‑term scalability.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
- Build and implement financial systems and processes that enable scaling.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and risk management.
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
- Minimum 7 years of experience after CA qualification.
- Proven experience in D2C or consumer‑focused businesses.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
