About the Role

Será responsable de definir lineamientos de redes sociales, supervisar el equipo y ser el enlace principal con los clientes en temas estratégicos, operativos y de informes

Responsabilidades
  • Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de Social Media- Definir estrategias de social para diversas marcas, alineadas a objetivos de cliente.
  • Gestionar el reporting de resultados y analizar datos para generar insights accionables.
  • Presentar resultados, insights y optimizaciones ante cliente.
  • Coordinar y supervisar integralmente el trabajo y entregables del equipo de Social Media, garantizando calidad, coherencia y oportunidad (copias, calendarios, contenidos, reportes).
  • Estar involucrado activamente en el seguimiento de cada cuenta, detectando oportunidades, riesgos y necesidades.
  • Atender, gestionar y resolver situaciones de crisis digital, asegurando una comunicación oportuna y adecuada.
  • Dar seguimiento a solicitudes, juntas y comunicación constante con clientes.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de KPIs y proponer mejoras continuas.
  • Mantenerse actualizado en tendencias, formatos y buenas prácticas de redes sociales.

    • Requisitos
  • 7+ años de experiencia en Social Media.
  • Experiencia indispensable en agencias digitales.
  • Experiencia probada liderando equipos.
  • Conocimiento sólido en CM, Contenidos, estrategia digital, métricas y análisis de datos.
  • Experiencia en manejo de crisis y comunicación en momentos sensibles.
  • Disponibilidad de tiempo para atender situaciones urgentes o comunicación fuera de horario.
  • Facilidad de palabra, excelente comunicación y habilidades de presentación.
  • Inglés avanzado.
  • Adaptación al cambio y gestión de múltiples proyectos.

    • Requirements

    • Más de 7 años de experiencia comprobada en Social Media, preferiblemente en agencias digitales.
    • Experiencia demostrada liderando y desarrollando equipos de Social Media.
    • Dominio sólido de la planificación estratégica, creación de contenidos y métricas/analítica de redes sociales.
    • Capacidad para gestionar crisis digitales y comunicar de forma oportuna y adecuada en situaciones sensibles.
    • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y presentación, con facilidad de palabra frente a clientes.
    • Inglés avanzado (lectura, escritura y conversación).
    • Disponibilidad para atender situaciones urgentes y comunicarse fuera del horario regular.
    • Gestión de múltiples proyectos simultáneos y adaptación al cambio constante.
