Responsibilities:

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on patient intake, procedure volumes, and financial metrics for senior staff review

Maintain data confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and veterinary privacy standards

Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and front‑desk personnel to resolve data discrepancies and improve documentation processes

Perform regular data audits and implement corrective actions to reduce entry errors and improve system efficiency

Requirements:
