About the Role

Verma Laminate Industries is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in field sales or B2B/B2C sales, preferably in laminates, plywood, hardware, or building material industry.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new leads, developing strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers, and achieving monthly sales targets.
The role involves regular market visits, product promotion, order collection, payment follow-ups, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in B2B/B2C environments, preferably within the laminates, plywood, hardware, or building materials sector.
  • Strong field‑sales experience with the ability to generate new leads, conduct market visits, and close deals independently.
  • Excellent relationship‑building skills to develop and maintain partnerships with dealers, distributors, and end‑customers.
  • Effective communication and negotiation abilities, including product promotion, order collection, and payment follow‑up.
  • Good knowledge of the building‑materials market, including competitor analysis and pricing strategies.
  • Self‑motivation and result‑oriented mindset with strong time‑management and organizational skills to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and basic MS Office applications for tracking leads, sales pipelines, and reporting.
  • Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory and adapt to varying customer schedules.
  • Customer‑service orientation with a focus on maintaining high satisfaction levels post‑sale.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant sales experience in the construction or building‑materials industry.
