Role Overview

The Sous Chef will support the Executive Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, and staff supervision, to maintain the highest standards of culinary quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and updating menus in line with hotel standards and guest preferences.
• Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure consistency and quality.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Manage inventory, control waste, and ensure cost‑effective operations.

Required Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the United Arab Emirates.
• Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar culinary role.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks with precision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
