Overview:
Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel Dubai seeks a responsible and reliable Guest Service Agent proficient in Arabic and experienced with the Opera property management system. The successful candidate will contribute to a high‑standard hospitality environment, supporting guest services and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous and efficient front‑desk service to guests, including check‑in, check‑out, and inquiries.
• Utilize the Opera system to manage reservations, billing, and guest profiles accurately.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to coordinate guest needs.
• Maintain accurate records and produce reports as required.

Requirements:

• Availability to work in the United Arab Emirates.
• Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in front‑office or guest services roles.
• Strong knowledge of the Opera property management system or similar PMS.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks with precision.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
