- Conduct campus recruitment and bulk hiring initiatives
- Screen profiles and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Coordinate interviews and oversee the closure process
- Handle multiple hiring requirements independently
Required Skills
- Strong sourcing and recruitment expertise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comprehensive understanding of the recruitment lifecycle
- Ability to work independently with ownership
