Operations Manager – Elivaas Luxury Villa Hospitality

Elivaas seeks a proactive, execution‑driven Operations Manager to oversee day‑to‑day villa operations in Udaipur. The role ensures seamless guest experiences, operational efficiency, team performance, and delivery of brand‑standard service across properties. The Operations Manager collaborates with on‑site teams and central functions to drive consistency, quality, and cost discipline while maintaining the luxury positioning of Elivaas.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across villas, including housekeeping, food & beverage, caretaking, maintenance, and guest services.
• Manage and lead on‑site teams, ensuring clear task allocation, discipline, and service excellence.
• Ensure villas are guest‑ready at all times, adhering to SOPs and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (central operations, CX, finance, vendors) to meet operational and service goals.
• Monitor and optimize property management efficiency, inventory control, and manpower deployment.
• Implement and improve operational processes and workflows to enhance productivity and guest satisfaction.
• Track operational performance metrics and use data to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure quality control across services, food, cleanliness, and maintenance.
• Enforce compliance with safety, hygiene, and local regulations.
• Act as the first point of escalation for operational issues or guest concerns, ensuring rapid resolution and service recovery.
• Support pre‑opening readiness and onboarding of new villas in the Udaipur cluster.
