Job Title: Overseas Network Development Manager

Qualifications:

• MBA degree (required)
• Experience in import/export (required)
• Any undergraduate degree
• Proficiency in a foreign language (preferred)

Reporting To: Head – Overseas Network Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Procure ocean freight rates for PAN India from online and offline sources and maintain monthly rate tables for distribution to overseas partners.
• Develop market intelligence and provide support to the organization as needed.
• Support the establishment and compliance with corporate standards.
• Ensure rates and solutions align with the KPI of the Logenix Overseas Team Standards.
• Maintain and distribute tariffs (DDU/DDP), rate sheets, SOPs, contact lists, and related information to enhance daily business efficiency.
• Develop new and sustainable nomination business in existing and new markets through timely service delivery.

• Networking & Facilitation: Foster effective collaboration among team members and inspire high performance.
• Customer Champion: Identify and understand customer needs, provide efficient assistance, and lead sales engagement when required.

Competencies:

• Excellent communication skills in English; foreign language proficiency preferred.
• Customer‑centric and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Sales orientation with basic proficiency in MS Office.
• Comprehensive product knowledge (AE, AI, SE, SI) required.
• Flexibility to work varied hours.

Experience: 8–10 years or more in the logistics industry.
